The 5-year manufacturer repair warranty protects your hearing aids against eligible internal failures and manufacturing defects.
If your hearing aids stop working and you still have the physical devices, we’ll send them to Phonak for evaluation and repair under warranty when eligible.
This coverage may include:
- Internal electronic failures
- Manufacturing defects
- Moisture-related damage, including accidental water exposure, provided the hearing aids are recoverable
- Other eligible repairs covered by the manufacturer
If you have your hearing aids, we’ll take care of the repair process from start to finish.

Accidents happen. That’s why eligible Phonak hearing aids also include 2 years of loss and damage coverage.
This includes one claim per hearing aid during the first two years after purchase.
If your hearing aid is lost
A replacement fee of $400 per hearing aid applies when making a loss claim.
If your hearing aid is accidentally damaged
If your hearing aid is crushed or otherwise severely damaged but you can return the damaged device or its pieces, there is no additional replacement fee under the loss and damage warranty.
